James McDonough received his Bachelor of Science degree in Architectural
Technology from the New York Institute of Technology, Old Westbury, New York in 1981. After graduating from college,
James traveled to Houston, Texas to work for a firm designing everything from custom residences and multi-family
developments to commercial buildings. Upon returning to New York in the late 1980's, he started his own firm before
partnering with Michael Conroy in 2000. In addition to his career as an Architect, James is also a single engine
aircraft pilot and an avid outdoorsman. He lives with his wife and three children in Long Island's Suffolk County.

Michael Conroy received his Bachelor of Architecture degree from the New York
Institute of Technology, Old Westbury, New York in 1995. During and after
college, Michael interned for a Long Island Firm designing countless custom
residences and commercial buildings before partnering with James McDonough in
2000. In addition to his career as an Architect, Michael enjoyed saltwater fishing and boating.
He spent his summers with his family on the area's ocean beaches. He lived with
his wife and two children in Long Island's Suffolk County.
